Keep things simple !

The usual trap of many companies is trying to be refreshingly new, exciting, trend driven.

Keeping things simple is the only way to keep your productivity high !

In many instances it results in being excessively complicated, wanting things perfectly planned, looking for a non achievable goal or target.

What is being forgotten is the fact that those factors are what I call “outside influencers” and not necessarily drivers of internal improvement of processes, approach or well being of employees.

Simplicity brings clarity to people, processes and data so ultimately makes things faster, easier, better. This includes the way your organization is build and organized INCLUDING the collaboration and organization between teams.

You can eliminate A LOT of unnecessary work and effort so reduce cost and increase speed of execution.
